非洛地平缓释片、氨氯地平、硝苯地平控释片长效制剂治疗高血压疗效观察

Efficacy Observation of Prolonged-Action Preparations(Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets,Amlodipine,Nifedipine Controlled Release Tablets)in Treatment of Hypertension

目的:探讨非洛地平缓释片、氨氯地平、硝苯地平控释片3种长效制剂治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法:2017年1月-2018年12月收治高血压患者105例,随机分为三组,各35例。A组口服非洛地平缓释片;B组口服氨氯地平片;C组口服硝苯地平控释片。比较三组治疗效果。结果:三组治疗1周和4周时血压水平明显下降,心率水平下降平缓。A组和C组药物起效快,B组平均药物作用高峰时间较长。B组疗效维持时间明显高于A组和C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:非洛地平缓释片和硝苯地平控释片治疗高血压起效快,而氨氯地平药物作用长,临床可以根据患者具体情况合理选择药物。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of prolonged-action preparations such as felodipine sustained release tablets,amlodipine,nifedipine controlled release tablets in the treatment of hypertension.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2018,105 patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into three groups with 35 cases in each group.Group A took felodipine sustained release tablets orally.Group B took amlodipine tablets orally.Group C took nifedipine controlled release tablets orally.The therapeutic effects of the three groups were compared.Results:The blood pressure level of the three groups decreased significantly and heart rate decreased mildly at 1 and 4 weeks of treatment.The drugs in group A and group C took effect quickly,and the average peak time of drug action in group B was longer.The maintenance time of curative effect in group B was significantly higher than that in group A and C,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Felodipine sustained release tablets and nifedipine controlled release tablets show rapid action in the treatment of hypertension,while amlodipine has a long effect.The drugs can be reasonably selected according to the specific situation of patients.
