仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松症的临床效果及骨转换指标分析

Clinical Effect of Xianling Gubao Capsule in Treatment of Osteoporosis and Analysis on Bone Transformation Indexes

目的:探究仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松症的疗效及对骨转化指标的影响。方法:收集我院2018年4月-2019年4月收治的68例原发性骨质疏松症患者,随机分为试验组和对照组各34例,对照组给予钙尔奇+唑来膦酸盐治疗;试验组给予仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:试验组总有效率为91.18%,高于对照组的70.59%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前骨密度(BMD)比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗3个疗程和治疗6个疗程后试验组明显优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);试验组治疗3个疗程及6个疗程后的骨钙素水平高于对照组,Ⅰ型胶原交联C-末端肽水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗骨质疏松症的效果较为显著,能够使患者骨密度有所增加,可改善骨转化状态,保障患者骨量不易流失。

Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Xianling Gubao capsule in the treatment of osteoporosis and its effect on bone transformation index.Methods:A total of 68 patients with primary osteoporosis admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2019 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(34 cases in each group),and the control group was treated with caltec+zoledronate.The experimental group was treated with Xianling Gubao capsule,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 91.18%,which was higher than that of the control group(70.59%),and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in bone mineral density(BMD)between 2 groups before treatment(P>0.05),after 3 and 6 courses of treatment,BMD in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The level of osteocalcin in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group after 3 and 6 courses of treatment,and the level of type I collagen cross-linked c-terminal peptide was lower than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xianling Gubao capsule has a significant effect on the treatment of osteoporosis,which can increase the bone mineral density of patients,improve the state of bone transformation,and ensure that patients are not easy to lose bone mass.
