疼痛护理模式对创伤骨科患者的影响分析

Analysis on Influence of Pain Nursing Model in Traumatic Orthopedic Patients

目的:分析疼痛护理模式对创伤骨科患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年2月-2021年2月创伤骨科收治的患者100例作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组,每组50例。研究组采取疼痛护理模式;常规组采取常规护理模式。比较实施护理后两组患者的临床护理效果和对护理的满意程度。结果:研究组50例患者中,显效28例,有效20例,无效2例;常规组50例患者中显效20例,有效17例,无效13例,两组组护理总有效率比较,研究组显著高于常规组(96.0%>75.0%),组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组50例患者中对护理非常满意的有24例,满意25例,不满意1例;常规组50例患者中对护理非常满意20例,满意20例,不满意9例,两组护理满意度比较,研究组显著高于常规组(98.0%>82.0%),组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:将疼痛护理模式应用在创伤骨科患者的临床护理中,对患者疼痛有显著的缓解作用,患者对护理的满意度普遍较高。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pain nursing model on traumatic orthopedic patients.Methods:A total of 100 patients admitted to traumatic orthopedics department from February 2018 to February 2021 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The study group adopted pain nursing model.The conventional group adopted routine nursing model.The clinical nursing effect and satisfaction degree of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results:Among the 50 patients in the study group,28 cases were significantly effective,20 cases were effective,and 2 cases were ineffective;among the 50 patients in the conventional group,20 cases were significantly effective,17 cases were effective,and 13 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate of nursing in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(96.0%>75.0%),and the data comparison between the groups had statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Among the 50 patients in the study group,24 patients were very satisfied with nursing,25 patients were satisfied,and 1 patient was not satisfied.In the conventional group,20 patients were very satisfied with nursing,20 patients were satisfied,and 9 patients were not satisfied.The nursing satisfaction degree in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(98.0%>82.0%).There was statistically significant difference between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of pain nursing model in the clinical nursing of traumatic orthopedic patients has a significant effect on relieving patients'pain,and patients'satisfaction with nursing is generally high.
