胃癌根治术后麻醉苏醒期优质护理对患者躁动和尿路刺激反应的影响

Effect of High-Quality Nursing During Anesthesia Analepsia Period After Radical Gastrectomy of Gastric Cancer on Patient's Restlessness and Urinary Tract Irritation

目的:探讨胃癌根治术后麻醉苏醒期优质护理对患者躁动和尿路刺激反应的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年9月胃癌根治术后患者56例,随机分为两组,各28例。试验组给予优质护理;对照组给予常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:试验组麻醉苏醒期躁动发生率及尿路刺激反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:予以胃癌根治手术患者优质护理,可以有效降低麻醉苏醒期躁动与尿路刺激反应的发生率,减轻严重程度。

Objective:To explore the effect of high-quality nursing during anesthesia analepsia period after radical gastrectomy of gastric cancer on the patient's restlessness and urinary tract irritation.Methods:From January 2018 to September 2020,56 patients with gastric cancer after radical gastrectomy were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 28 cases in each group.The experimental group was given high-quality nursing.The control group received conventional nursing.The nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results:The incidence rate of restlessness and urinary tract irritation during anesthesia analepsia period in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High-quality nursing for patients undergoing radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer can effectively reduce the incidence rate of restlessness and urinary tract irritation and reduce the severity during anesthesia analepsia period.
