产后访视及妇女保健在产后康复中的应用分析

Application Analysis of Postpartum Visits and Women's Health Care in Postpartum Rehabilitation

目的:探讨产后访视及妇女保健在产后康复中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年2月-2021年2月在本中心住院的分娩产妇98例,随机分为两组,各49例。对照组实施常规性护理;观察组在常规性护理基础上应用产后访视及妇女保健。比较两组产后康复效果。结果:观察组产妇产后并发症发生率及新生儿不良反应发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在产妇产后康复中应用产后访视及妇保保健,能够有效减少产妇及新生儿的不良事件发生,更利于产妇及早恢复。

Objective:To explore the application effect of postpartum visits and women's health care in postpartum rehabilitation.Methods:From February 2020 to February 2021,98 women who gave birth in hospital were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 49 cases in each group.The control group performed routine nursing.The observation group applied postpartum visits and women's health care on the basis of routine nursing.The effects of postpartum rehabilitation between the two groups were compared.Results:The incidences of postpartum maternal complications and neonatal adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of postpartum visits and maternal health care in the postpartum rehabilitation of the parturient can effectively reduce the occurrence of adverse events of the parturient and newborn,and is more conducive to the early recovery of the parturient.
