摘要
针对储罐使用周期内产生的损伤缺陷现象,研制了一种飞行吸附式储罐表面损伤缺陷检测系统。通过主体结构模块、图像采集与控制模块对检测系统进行了介绍,包括飞行器、立式驱动结构、吸附装置、图像采集设备、电动伸缩杆、驱动电机、绳索电机、控制与信息传输板及电源共9个部件,并在此基础上对检测系统的试验操作流程与实例分析过程进行了介绍。该系统的研制不仅可以直接服务于储罐现场损伤检测,而且对加强特种设备的安全性评估具有重要的现实意义。
This article focuses on the damage of storage tanks in the life cycle.In order to solve this problem,a detection system for damage defect of storage tank by flying adsorption is developed.This detection system includes nine parts:aircraft,vertical drive structure,adsorption device,camera,electric telescopic rod,drive motor,rope motor,control and information transmission module,as well as supply power.This detection system is mainly introduced from the main structure module,image acquisition and control module.Then,the process process of this detection system is explored in detail.This system is helpful for on-site damage detection of storage tanks;it also has significance for better safety assessment on special equipment.
