摘要
为了更好地设计满足任务要求的机器人,文中通过分析机器人应用系统的特点,阐述了工业机器人应用系统作业点、单作业点作业矩阵空间、单作业点作业空间的含义,进而介绍了机器人作业工作空间的内涵;以机器人叶盘测量系统为例,展示了机器人作业工作空间实际应用效果,为机器人结构设计、应用系统布局及避障提供了理论依据。
In this article,in order to design the required robot,the analysis is conducted on the characteristics of the industrial robot’s application system,and efforts are made to expound the meaning of the job point,the single-job-point operation matrix space and the single-job-point operation space.Then,the connotation of the working space for robotic operation is introduced.With the robot’s blade measurement system as an example,the working space for robotic operation is demonstrated.These results provide theoretical basis for the robot’s structural design,layout of the application system and obstacle avoidance.
