基于整机刚柔耦合动力学模型的伸缩臂叉车驾驶舒适性分析 被引量:4

摘要 针对某伸缩臂叉车整机的驾驶室振动舒适性,从整机子系统角度分析建立整机动力学模型。借助HyperMesh有限元软件和ADAMS多体动力学软件,建立整机刚柔耦合动力学模型。通过对标测试样机和整机刚柔耦合动力学模型,在水泥路面的怠速、一挡满速和二挡满速3种工况下,驾驶室测点垂向加速度信号的时域和频域结果的吻合度较高。同时,驾驶舒适性评价,测试样机和仿真模型的结果都落在同一区间。结果表明,在评价驾驶舒适性上,所搭建的整机仿真模型与测试样机有较高的吻合度。 In this article,with the focus on the vibration comfort of the telescopic handler’s cab,the whole vehicle’s dynamic model is set up based on the analysis on the subsystems.The whole vehicle’s rigid-flexible coupling model is worked out,by means of the HyperMesh finite-element software and the ADAMS multi-dynamics software.The test prototype is compared with the whole vehicle which is simulated in the rigid-flexible coupling model.It’s shown that with such working conditions as idling speed on the cement roads,full speed at the first and second gears,the information on time domain and frequency domain of the cab’s measuring points with a series of vertical acceleration signals is consistent with each other.Meanwhile,for the evaluation of driving comfort,the results obtained from the test prototype and those obtained from the simulation model fall in the same section.These results show that in terms of driving comfort,the whole vehicle’s simulation model is highly consistent with the test prototype.
