摘要
为解决南方高温地区,通过树干注射防控松材线虫病时,松树易分泌松脂堵塞注药孔的问题,通过机械加压技术,使药液在1~3 min内通过钻孔进入松树树体。结果为处理区松树死亡率仅为0.24%,对照区松树死亡率为7.67%,两者存在极显著差异。同时初步染病的松树恢复了正常生长。发现该技术对松材线虫病的防控效果良好,不但能够治疗轻微染病的松树,对正常生长的松树也能起到较好的保护作用。
The study aims to solve the problem that pines are easy to secrete rosin to block the drug injection hole when controlling pine wilt disease by trunk injection in the high-temperature area of South China.By mechanical pressurization technology,the liquid medicine can enter the pine body through drilling hole in 1 to 3 minutes.The mortality of pines in the treatment area was only 0.24%,and that in the control area was 7.67%.At the same time,the initially infected pines returned to normal growth.This technology has good control effect on pine wilt disease.It can not only treat slightly infected pines,but also protect normal growing ones.
