摘要
研制了一种变压器内壁用水性氨基灌涂涂料,讨论了不同水性树脂、消泡剂及用量、助溶剂用量对涂膜效果的影响。实验结果表明,所制涂膜附着力优异、耐油性好,能够高温烘烤,施工便捷,为变压器用涂料市场增加了新的选择。
A kind of waterborne amino pouring coatings for transformer inner walls was developed.The influences of different waterborne resins,defoamers and dosages,and cosolvent dosages on the effect of coatings film are discussed.The experiment results show that the coatings film produced has excellent adhesion and good oil resistance,can be baked at high temperature and applied conveniently,and is a new choice on the transformer coatings market.
