低气味pH值调节剂在水性丙烯酸工业涂料中的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 将低气味pH值调节剂应用于水性丙烯酸工业涂料配方中,并与市场上常见的pH值调节剂进行了比较,对比了pH值调节剂的中和效率、涂料的热贮存稳定性、涂膜的早期耐水性和耐盐雾性。结果表明,几种pH值调节剂的中和效率差异不大;热贮存20 d后,对于涂料pH值稳定性的影响差异不明显,但使用该低气味pH值调节剂的涂料的黏度比较高,可以减少配方中增稠剂的使用;使用该低气味pH值调节剂的涂料早期耐水性和耐盐雾性与使用市场有机胺产品1#的涂料接近,比使用市场有机胺产品2#的涂料优异。综合考虑pH值调节剂的气味强度和对涂料性能的影响,本实验研究的低气味pH值调节剂可应用于水性丙烯酸工业涂料的配方开发。 Low odor pH neutralizer was applied to the formulation of waterborne acrylic industrial coatings,and compared with commonly used pH neutralizers in the market.The neutralization efficiency of pH neutralizers,the thermal storage stability of the coatings,and the early water resistance and salt spray resistance of the coating film were compared.The results show that the neutralization efficiency of the pH neutralizers was not much different.After 20 d of thermal storage,the pH value of the coatings was relatively stable,but the viscosity of coatings using low odor pH neutralizer was relatively high,which may reduce the use of thickeners in the formulation.The early water resistance and salt spray resistance of coatings using low odor pH neutralizer were close to those using commercial organic amine product 1#,and were superior to coatings using commercial organic amine product 2#.In consideration of the odor intensity of pH neutralizers and the influence of pH neutralizers on coatings performance,the low odor pH neutralizer studied in this experiment can be applied to formulation development of waterborne acrylic industrial coatings.
