医学院校学生自杀意念与父母拒绝相关性研究

A Study on Correlations between Parental Rejection and Suicidal Ideation in Medical College Students

目的以医学院校大学生为研究对象,分析父母拒绝与大学生自杀意念的相关性。方法本研究采用多阶段分层整群抽样方法,共调查2 495名在读医学院校大学生。调查内容主要包括社会人口学特征、终生自杀意念、父母拒绝水平、心理健康状况等。应用二元logistic回归分析父母拒绝与医学院校大学生自杀意念的相关性。结果医学院校大学生自杀意念的发生率为10.14%,其中男生为11.55%、女生9.00%,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.403,P=0.036)。与父母均轻度拒绝水平相比,父母均高度拒绝(OR=4.496,95%CI:3.172-6.372)和母亲高度拒绝合并父亲轻度拒绝(OR=3.337,95%CI:1.842-6.048)与自杀意念相关,父亲高度拒绝合并母亲轻度拒绝与自杀意念的发生无统计学意义(P=0.705)。结论父母拒绝水平与医学院校大学生自杀意念的发生存在相关性,且母亲的高度拒绝水平对其自杀意念的影响更为重要。

Objective To investigate correlations between different parental rejection and suicidal ideation among medical college students. Methods A total of 2,495 medical college students were surveyed by a multi-stage stratified cluster sampling method. The survey content mainly included sociodemographic characteristics, suicidal ideation, parental rejection,mental health status to so on. Correlation between parental rejection and suicidal ideation of these students were analysed using the method of binary logistic regression. Results From this study show that the incidences of suicidal ideation among the students were 10. 14%, with 11.55% for boys and 9.00% for girls. The difference was statistically significant(X^(2)=4.403,P=0.036). Compared with parental mild rejection, parental high rejection(OR=4.496, 95% CI:3.172-6.372) and maternal high rejection combined with paternal mild rejection(OR=3.337, 95% CI:1.842-6.048) were associated with the occurrences of suicidal ideation. There was no statistical significance between paternal high rejection combined with maternal mild rejection and suicidal ideation(P=0.705). Conclusions Results from this study suggest that there was a correlation between parental rejection and suicidal ideation, and the influence of maternal high rejection was more important.
