网络大数据在健康医疗领域的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 随着计算机技术、互联网、新闻媒体和社交媒体等技术与平台的迅猛发展,互联网数据资源已成为健康医疗大数据的重要来源之一,在疾病监测与风险预测、辅助临床诊疗、健康相关行为监测与干预及政策制定等方面发挥不可替代的作用。本文通过系统检索中国知网、万方、PubMed和Web of Science数据库2015—2020年间发表的文献,重点阐述网络大数据在传染性疾病监测及其风险预测以及伤害监测等领域的研究与应用,列举了大数据常用的方法、技术以及研究面临的挑战,以期为推进我国医疗信息化建设,提高健康领域大数据研究水平提供参考。 With the rapid development of technologies such as computers technology, Internet, news media and social media,Internet-based data becomes an important source for health-related big data research and applications, irreplaceable roles in disease surveillance and risk prediction, tools in clinical diagnosis and treatment, monitors for health related behavior, and mechanisms in developing intervention policies. A systematic literature review of studies was conducted regarding current research and application progress of health-related Internet-based big data through China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) databases, Wangfang database, Pub Med and Web of Science. Information was focused on Infectious disease surveillance, risk prediction and injury surveillance, big data related methods and techniques, and research challenges. The review provides reference for promoting information construction of health care in China and for improving development of health-related big data research.
