摘要
目的探讨品管圈在门诊军队人员就医过程中的应用效果。方法2019年3月,成立品管圈活动小组,应用QCC(品管圈)十大步骤,查找分析影响军队人员门诊就医候诊时间的原因,制定相应对策并实施,进行持续质量改进。结果通过QCC活动,门诊军队人员平均候诊时间明显降低,从活动前的9.7min缩短到4.5 min;小组成员的品管手法运用、专业技术、团队合作、沟通协调能力和责任心、解决问题能力均有明显提高。结论QCC活动标化军人门诊就诊流程,实现各就诊环节的无缝连接,有效缩短军队人员门诊就医候诊时间,提高就医效率及门诊军队人员就诊的满意度,增强护士的综合素质和团队凝聚力。
Object To explore the application effects of quality control circle(QCC)activities in the process of outpatient medical treatment for military servicemen.Methods A QCC activity team was established in March 2019 to apply the ten major steps of QCC from March 2019 to October 2019.The purpose was to identify and analyze the factors that affect the waiting time of military servicemen for outpatient treatment,and thus to formulate and implement corresponding countermeasures and carry out continuous quality improvement.Results Through the QCC activities,the average waiting time of military servicemen in the outpatient was significantly reduced from 9.7 minutes to 4.5 minutes.The team members'QCC techniques,professional skills,teamwork,communication and coordination skills,sense of responsibility,and problem-solving skills were significantly improved.Conclusion The QCC activity was helpful in standardizing the outpatient treatment process,thus realizing the seamless connection of each step,effectively shortening the waiting time for military outpatient treatment,improving the efficiency of medical treatment and the satisfaction with nursing care service,and enhancing the comprehensive quality of nurses and team cohesion.
