The Knowledge and Skills of Compound Talents in Medical Institutions Based on Epidemic Prevention and Control

目的探讨新冠疫情下医疗机构公共卫生复合型人才的知识、技能。方法通过文献分析和专家定性访谈,归纳提炼新冠疫情下复合型人才所需具备的知识与技能。结果在文献归纳及专家访谈基础上,将复合型人才技能分为5类42条,知识储备罗列为13条。结论疫情防控背景下复合型人才培养,需进一步明确其知识和技能需求,确定不同类别人员的培训重点以及优化培养方法。

Objective To explore the knowledge and skills of public health compound talents in medical institutions under the background of the COVID-19 pandemic.Methods Through literature review and qualitative expert interviews,the knowledge and skills needed by compound talents during the pandemic were summarized.Results On the basis of literature review and expert interviews,the skills of interdisciplinary talents were divided into 5 categories and 42 items,and the knowledge reserve was listed as 13 items.Conclusion It is necessary to clarify the knowledge and skills needed by medical talents under the background of epidemic prevention and control,determine the training focus of different types of personnel,and optimize the training methods.
