摘要
从我海军战略由近海向远海战略转移着手,探讨远海卫勤保障面临的形势以及远海卫勤保障的特点,提出从海上卫勤组织指挥、海上卫勤力量配置、海上医疗后送以及建立远洋基地四个方面完善远海卫勤保障能力的建议。
Based on the shift in strategies of the Navy from offshore to far sea,this paper discusses the situation and characteristics of far sea medical service support,and proposed that the capability of far sea medical service support be strengthened from four aspects:Maritime medical service organization and command,maritime medical service force allocation,maritime medical evacuation and the establishment of far sea medical base.
