摘要
在集中撤离和自行撤离有机结合的基础上,开展仿真推演,估算分析在不同硬件配套设施情况下福清市小麦屿公众从岛内撤离至岛外的总体撤离时间,为开展小麦屿公众核应急防护行动提供技术基础,为小麦屿和其他核电厂周围岛屿公众核事故应急撤离提供启示。
The combination of centralised and voluntary evacuation was simulated to estimate and analyse the overall evacuation time of the Maiyu public from within the island to the outside under different hardware ancillary facilities.It’s expected to provide a technical basis for decision-making to carry out Maiyu public nuclear emergency protection operations,and provide inspiration for improving the preparation for public nuclear emergency evacuation in Maiyu and other islands around nuclear power plants.
