口腔修复中应用二氧化锆修复体的咀嚼能力的影响及其应用效果观察

The Effect of Chewing Ability of Zirconium Dioxide Restoration in Oral Prosthesis and Its Application Effect Observation

目的评价口腔修复当中通过对二氧化锆修复体应用对患者的咀嚼能力产生的影响和效果观察。方法本文研究时间选择2018年2月至2019年8月,设置观察组:研究对象为在此期间到我院进行口腔修复治疗的42例患者;设置对照组:调查对象为同期到我院接受治疗的另外42例口腔修复患者。分别对两组患者在进行口腔修复时应用二氧化锆修复体和镍铬合金修复体作为主要的材料进行治疗,比较两组患者不同治疗的效果。结果观察组治疗的总有效率为95.24%(40/42),对照组为76.19%(32/42),P<0.05;观察组患者出现不良反应发生率为4.76%(2/42),对照组为26.19%(11/42),P<0.05。治疗前,观察组的咀嚼功能评分、咬[牙合]力、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8、菌斑指数、出血指数、牙龈指数与对照组相比,差异无显著性,P>0.05;治疗后,观察组与对照组的咀嚼功能评分、咬[牙合]力、TNF-α、IL-6、IL-8水平均升高,菌斑指数、出血指数、牙龈指数均有所改善,且观察组的上述指标改善效果均优于对照组,差异有显著性,P<0.05。观察组患者在修复体崩瓷率、边缘的良好密封率、修复体折断率方面的情况均显著低于对照组,在色泽度、外观形态、边缘密合性方面的评分均高于对照组,数据间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论对口腔修复的患者采用二氧化锆修复体进行治疗可以有效提升整体治疗效果,降低不良反应对患者的影响,同时提升患者的咀嚼能力,改善患者的牙龈功能、修复质量及美观度,降低炎性因子,值得推广。

Objective To evaluate the effect and effect of the application of zirconium dioxide prosthesis on the chewing ability of patients in oral prosthetics.Methods The study time was selected from February 2018 to August 2019.The observation group was set up:42 patients who underwent oral prosthetic treatment in our hospital during this period;the control group was set up:the subjects were treated in the same period.Another 42 patients with oral prosthetics.Two groups of patients were treated with zirconia prosthesis and alloy prosthesis as the main materials for oral repair,and the effects of different treatments were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.24%(40/42),and the control group was 76.19%(32/42),P<0.05.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%(2/42),the group was 26.19%(11/42),P<0.05.Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the observation group's masticatory function score,bite force,TNF-α,IL-6,IL-8,plaque index,bleeding index,and gingival index compared with the control group,P>0.05;treatment Later,the masticatory function score,bite force,TNF-α,IL-6,and IL-8 levels of the observation group and the control group increased,and the plaque index,bleeding index,and gum index were all improved.The index improvement effect was better than that of the control group,the difference was significant,P<0.05.The observation group was significantly lower than the control group in terms of porcelain collapse rate,good sealing rate of the edge,and fracture rate of the restoration,and the scores in terms of color,appearance,and edge adhesion were higher than those of the control group.The difference between the data is significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of patients with oral prosthesis by using zirconia prosthesis can effectively improve the overall treatment effect,reduce the impact of adverse reactions on patients,and improve the patient's gum function,repair quality and aesthetics,reduce inflammatory factors,which is worth promoting.
