探讨对焦虑症患者开展亲情护理干预的临床效果进行分析

To Explore the Clinical Effects of Family Nursing Intervention for Patients with Anxiety Disorders

目的分析探讨对焦虑症患者开展亲情护理干预的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的68例焦虑症患者开展本次研究,选取时间为2019年11月至2020年11月,采用数字表法分组,将所有患者均分为参照组和研究组两组,每组34例。给予参照组常规护理,给予研究组亲情护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组干预后的焦虑(SAS)评分明显低于参照组,组间对比差异有显著性(P<0.05);研究组干预后的生理功能评分、心理功能评分和社会功能评分均明显优于参照组,组间对比差异有显著性(P<0.05);研究组的整体护理满意度97.06%明显高于参照组的79.41%,组间对比差异有显著性(P<0.05);研究组的护理优良率为94.12%明显高于参照组的73.53%,组间对比差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论给予焦虑症患者亲情护理干预能够显著改善患者焦虑状态,并有效提升患者生活质量,给予患者高质量的护理服务,使患者对护理工作更为认可,从而加快患者病情恢复,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze and explore the clinical effects of family nursing intervention for patients with anxiety disorders.Methods A total of 68 patients with anxiety disorders admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to November 2020 were selected for this study.The number table method was selected by grouping,and all patients were divided into two groups:the reference group and the study group,each with 34 example.The reference group was given routine care,and the study group was given family care intervention based on routine care,and the nursing effects of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The anxiety(SAS)score of the study group after intervention was significantly lower than that of the reference group,and the comparison between the groups was different(P<0.05);the physiological function score,mental function score and social function score of the study group after intervention were significantly better than the reference group,there is a difference in the comparison between groups(P<0.05);the overall nursing satisfaction of the study group is 97.06%significantly higher than 79.41%in the reference group,and there is a difference in the comparison between the groups(P<0.05);the excellent nursing rate of the study group is 94.12%,it was significantly higher than 73.53%of the reference group,and there was a difference in the comparison between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Family nursing intervention for patients with anxiety disorders can significantly improve the anxiety state of patients,effectively improve the quality of life of patients,provide patients with high-quality nursing services,and make patients more recognized for nursing work,thereby speeding up the recovery of patients,and has promotion value.
