快速康复外科理念在胃癌患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

Application Effect of the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Gastric Cancer

目的探究胃癌患者围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念的效果。方法本次试验对象全部选自本院收治的160例胃癌患者为研究对象,时间为2018年4月至2019年5月,根据不同的护理方式分为试验组和对照组,每组80例。对照组患者进行一般护理干预,主要包括协助患者开展基础检查、告知患者术前注意事项、并监测患者各项生命体征;试验组患者则进行围手术期快速康复外科理念护理干预,主要包括术前护理干预、术中护理干预、术后护理干预、术后早期运动。比较两组患者的术后恢复情况、并发症发生率、干预前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果试验组患者的并发症发生率(3.75%)明显低于对照组(12.50%)(P<0.05)。试验组患者的首次进食时间、拔除胃管时间、肠道通气时间、首次下床时间、住院时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);干预前,两组患者VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后,试验组VAS评分低于观察组(P<0.05)。结论在胃癌患者围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念能够加速患者术后康复,减少并发症带给患者的损伤。

Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer.Methods The subjects of this experiment were all selected from 160 cases of gastric cancer patients admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to May 2019.They were divided into experimental group and control group by different nursing methods,80 patients in each group.The control group received general nursing intervention,mainly including assisting patients to carry out basic examinations,informing patients of preoperative precautions and monitoring patients'vital signs.The experimental group of patients with perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgical concept nursing intervention,mainly including preoperative nursing intervention,intraoperative nursing intervention,postoperative nursing intervention,postoperative early exercise.Postoperative recovery details,complication rate and VAS score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 3.75%,significantly lower than 12.50%in the control group(P<0.05).The time of first feeding,time of removing gastric tube,time of intestinal ventilation,time of first getting out of bed and length of hospital stay in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistical significance in VAS score between 2 groups(P>0.05),but after intervention,the VAS score of experimental group was lower than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of patients with gastric cancer can accelerate the postoperative rehabilitation of patients and reduce the injury caused by various complications.
