摘要
目的检测酒精性肝炎病人中血清微小核糖核酸(miR)-182和miR-30e的水平,探讨其临床意义。方法选取2018年1月至2019年10月绵阳市第三人民医院收治的酒精性肝炎病人98例为观察组,选取同时间段绵阳市第三人民医院体检中心体检的健康志愿者89例为健康对照组。两组均采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)检测外周血血清miR-182和miR-30e水平。比较两组及观察组中未并发酒精性肝硬化、并发酒精性肝硬化、酒精性肝硬化代偿期、酒精性肝硬化失代偿期病人血清miR-182和miR-30e水平。结果观察组血清miR-182[(0.21±0.04)比(0.65±0.12)]和miR-30e水平[(0.41±0.08)比(1.58±0.25)]均低于健康对照组(P<0.05);观察组中并发酒精性肝硬化病人血清miR-182[(0.13±0.03)比(0.24±0.05)]和miR-30e水平[(0.29±0.04)比(0.45±0.10)]均低于未并发酒精性肝硬化病人(P<0.05);并发酒精性肝硬化失代偿期病人血清miR-182[(0.06±0.02)比(0.15±0.04)]和miR-30e水平[(0.13±0.03)比(0.35±0.05)]均低于代偿期病人(P<0.05)。结论在酒精性肝炎病人中血清miR-182和miR-30e水平偏低,尤其是在并发酒精性肝硬化病人中其水平更低,在肝硬化失代偿期其水平明显低于代偿期病人。
Objective To detect the levels of serum microRNA(miR-182)and miR-30e in patients with alcoholic hepatitis and to explore their clinical significance.Methods Ninety-eight patients with alcoholic hepatitis who admitted to Mianyang Third People's Hospital from January 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 89 healthy volunteers who received physical examination at the Medical Examination Center of Mianyang Third People's Hospital during the same time period were selected as healthy control group.The serum levels of miR-182 and miR-30e between the two groups were detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction(FQ-PCR).The serum levels of miR-182 and miR-30e in patients with non-complicated alcoholic cirrhosis,complicated alcoholic cirrhosis,alcoholic cirrhosis,and decompensated alcoholic cirrhosis were compared between the two groups and the observation group.Results The average levels of miR-182[(0.21±0.04)vs.(0.65±0.12)]and miR-30e[(0.41±0.08)vs.(1.58±0.25)]in the disease group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of miR-182[(0.13±0.03)vs.(0.24±0.05)]and miR-30e[(0.29±0.04)vs.(0.45±0.10)]in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis were lower than those in patients without alcoholic cirrho⁃sis(P<0.05).The serum levels of miR-182[(0.06±0.02)vs.(0.15±0.04)]and miR-30e[(0.13±0.03)vs.(0.35±0.05)]in patients with decompensated alcoholic cirrhosis were lower than those in patients with decompensated alcoholic cirrhosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum levels of miR-182 and miR-30e are lower in patients with alcoholic hepatitis,especially in patients with alcoholic cirrhosis,and their levels of patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis are lower those in patients with compensated patients.
