摘要
目的了解早产儿父亲照顾负担的临床现状,并分析其可能临床因素,为早产儿父亲的心理护理提供参考依据。方法选择2017年1月至2018年12月在佛山市高明区人民医院住院的158例早产儿父亲,应用自行设计的一般情况调查表和照顾者负担量表(ZBI)进行调查,收集到的数据资料导入SPSS 22.0软件包进行统计分析。结果158例早产儿父亲的ZBI得分为(47.02±9.88)分,其中<20分17例(10.8%),20~39分39例(24.7%),40~59分82例(51.9%),≥60分20例(12.6%),早产儿住院时间、早产儿并发症、家庭人均月收入、焦虑和社会支持均为ZBI得分的独立影响因素(F=34.954,P<0.05),共可解释56.5%的方差变异量。结论早产儿父亲的照顾负担水平相对较高,临床医护人员应注意结合早产儿和父亲自身进行综合评估及护理,以改善其心理健康水平。
Objective To understand the clinical status of the care burden of premature infants'fathers and analyze its possible clinical factors,so as to provide reference for the psychological care of premature infants'fathers.Methods One hundred and fifty-eight premature infants'fathers who hospitalized in Gaoming District People's Hospital,Foshan City from January 2017 to December 2018 were investigated by self-designed general situation questionnaire and Zarit Burden Interview(ZBI).The collected data were imported into SPSS 22.0 software package for statistical analysis.Results The ZBI scores of 158 premature infants'fathers were(47.02±9.88).Among them,17 cases(10.8%)scored<20,39 cases(24.7%)scored from 20 to 39,82 cases(51.9%)scored from 40 to 59,2 cases(12.6)scored≥60.Length of hospital stay,complications of premature infants,average monthly family income,anxiety and social support were independent influencing factors of ZBI score(F=34.954,P<0.05),which could explain 56.5%variance.Conclusion Premature infants'fathers have a relatively high burden of care.Clinicians and nurses should combine with the premature infant and the father himself to make a comprehensive evaluation and nursing of premature infants in order to improve the mental health of premature infants'fathers.
