康德道德原则的有效性

The Validity of Kant's Moral Principle

道德原则的有效性是康德道德哲学必须要处理的一个问题,因为道德原则在其道德哲学中居于中心地位,如果没有有效性,其实在性将遭到质疑。康德在《纯粹理性批判》《道德形而上学的奠基》《实践理性批判》中对该问题进行了分析。他通过分析道德法则对人具有普遍必然的约束性论证了这个问题。道德法则是实践法则,人类有理性自律能力,就必然且能够接受道德法则的命令,从而使准则具有法则的形式,做到自律,这也是道德原则对人产生有效性的方式。这种方式,事实上还是一种形而上的设想,现实生活中,绝对命令能否被人遵守依然是个难题。

The effectiveness of the moral principle is a problem with which Kant's moral philosophy must deal,because the moral principle is very critical in his moral philosophy,if it doesn't have validity,its reality will be questioned.The problem was expounded in Kant's works of moral philosophy.He demonstrated the problem by analyzing that the moral law has universal inevitable binding to human beings.The moral law is a practical law,and a man has a rational autonomous ability,so he necessarily can accept the order of the moral law and thus make the norm carried out as a law in order to realize autonomy.This is also the way that Kant's moral principle is effective to man.In fact,the way is a metaphysical view,because whether the categorical imperative can be observed is a difficult problem.
