低共熔溶剂中电沉积Fe-Co-Ni合金层的组织和耐蚀性研究

摘要 采用氯化胆碱(C_(5)H_(14)CLNO)、乙酰丙酸(C_(5)H_(8)O_(3))和水(H_(2)O)作原料,并加入一定量的氯化亚铁(FeCl2)、六水合氯化钴(CoCl_(2)·6H_(2)O)和氯化镍(NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O)配制成低共熔溶剂。将黄铜片置于温度为50℃、60℃和70℃的低共熔溶剂中采用恒电流电沉积了Fe-Co-Ni合金层。借助扫描电镜、X射线衍射仪和电化学工作站研究了不同温度电沉积的Fe-Co-Ni合金层的微观形貌、成分、相结构和耐蚀性。结果表明:3种温度下电沉积的Fe-Co-Ni合金层中,在50℃电沉积的表面最致密,交流阻抗值最大,自腐蚀电流密度最小,因而耐蚀性最佳。 The low eutectic solvent was made up by using choline chloride(C_(5)H_(14)CLNO),levulinic acid(C_(5)H_(8)O_(3))and water(H_(2)O)as raw materials,and adding a given amount of ferrous chloride(FeCl_(2)),cobalt chloride hexahydrate(CoCl2·6H2O)and nickel chloride(NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O).The Fe-Co-Ni alloy layer was electrodeposited on a brass sheet in the low eutectic solvent at 50℃,60℃and 70℃at a constant-current.The microscopic form,composition,phase structure and corrosion resistance of the Fe-Co-Ni alloy layer were investigated by means of scanning electron microscope,X-ray diffrectometer,and electrochemical workstation.The results showed that the Fe-Co-Ni alloy layer electrodeposited at 50℃ exhibited the densest surface,the largest alternating current impedance and the smaller self-corrosion current density,and therefore,the best corrosion resistance,of the Fe-Co-Ni alloy layers electrodeposited at the three temperatures.
