固溶热处理工艺对GH4169高温合金锻件组织和力学性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 GH4169合金是一种镍基高温合金。对取自GH4169合金压气机盘锻件的不同厚度试料分别进行了980℃、1005℃和1020℃保温1h空冷的固溶处理和720℃×8h炉冷至620℃空冷的时效处理,目的是揭示固溶处理的温度和冷却速度对GH4169合金组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着固溶温度的升高,合金的晶粒尺寸、冲击韧度、冲击断口韧性断裂面积增大,室温和650℃的抗拉和屈服强度先增加后降低,室温断后伸长率和断面收缩率增加,而650℃断后伸长率和断面收缩率降低;随着980℃固溶后的冷却速度从0.40℃/s提高至3.99℃/s,合金晶粒尺寸基本不变,冲击韧度和冲击断口的韧性断裂面积、室温和650℃抗拉强度稍有增加,屈服强度显著增加;随着冲击试验温度从-50℃提高至60℃,合金的冲击韧度和冲击断口的韧性断裂面积基本不变。 CH4169 alloy is a superalloy based on nickel.The different thicknesses of test materials cut from a compressor disc forging of GH4169 alloy were solution treated by heating sepanately at 980℃,1005℃and 1020℃for 1 h,air-coling,and aged at720℃ for 8 h then cooled in fumace to 620 Cand cooled in air,for the purpose of discovering the efect of solution treating processes on microstructure and mechanical properties of GH4169 superalloy.The results showed that(a)with the rise in solution temperature,the grain size,impact toughness and percentage of ductile fracture area in impect fracture all increased,the tensile strengths and yield strengths at room temperature and at 650℃increased at fist and then decreased;(b)a rate of cooling from solution temperature of 980 Cincreased from 0.40 to 3.99℃·s^(-1),the grain size had no evident change,and the impact toughness,the percentage of ductile fracture area in impact fracture,the tensile strength increased slightly and yield strength increased appreciably at room and at 650 C;and(c)with the rise in impact test tempenture from-50℃to 60℃,the impact toughness and the percentage of ductile fracture area in impact fncture were basically unchanged.
