摘要
对采用05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢、TC4钛合金和7075铝合金制作的航空发动机自润滑衬套进行了摆动磨损试验和径向静载荷试验,检测了三种材料衬套的圆度,并进行了永久变形的有限元分析。结果表明:三种材料自润滑衬套的耐摆动磨损性能和径向承载性能均满足要求;三种材料自润滑衬套中,7075铝合金自润滑衬套的摆动磨损量和径向额定载荷造成的永久变形最小,性能最优;05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb钢衬套与TC4钛合金衬套的耐磨性能和径向承载性能差异较小。
Self-lubricating bushings for aero engine,made from 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel,TC4 titanium alloy and 7075 aluminum alloy,were subjected to swing wear test,radial static load test and roundness measurements,as well as to finite element analysis of permanent deformation.The results showed that(a)the self-lubricating bushings made from three materials all exhibited resistance to swing wear and radial load-bearing capability which conformed with the requirements;(b)the self-lubricating bushing of 7075 aluminum alloy had both the smallest wear amount and permanent deformation that resulted from the radial rated load,and the optimum performance,of the self lubricating bushings of three materials;and(c)wear resistance and radial load-bearing capability of the 05Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb steel bushing differed less from those of the TC4 titanium alloy bushing.
