摘要
研究了聚苯硫醚(PPS)生产过程中新的催化剂回收工艺。通过单因素试验探究了活性炭用量、脱色时间、脱色温度对脱色率和催化剂回收率的影响,得到了活性炭用量的最佳范围为2.0~4.0 g/100g,脱色时间的最佳范围为30~50 min,脱色温度的最佳范围为40~60℃。在此基础上,采用Box-Behnken响应面法构建了各个因素分别与脱色率、催化剂回收率之间的数学模型,得到了最佳工艺条件:活性炭用量为3.8 g/100g,脱色时间为50 min,脱色温度为60℃。在该条件下,测得脱色率为97.10%,催化剂回收率为93.31%。与模型预测值接近。
The new method of recovering catalyst in the production of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)was studied.The effects of active carbon addition, decolorization time and decolorization temperature on decoloring rate and catalyst retention rate were studied by single test.The optimal range of active carbon addition was 2.0~4.0 g/100 g, the optimal range of decolorization time was 30~50 min, and the optimal range of decolorization temperature was 40~60 ℃.Based on single factor experiments, the method model of the relationship between the factors and the rate of decoloration and the catalyst retention was established and analyzed respectively by Box-Behnken response surface design method.The optium process conditions were obtained that the amount of activated carbon was 3.8 g/100 g, time was 50 min, temperature was 60 ℃.The experiments were performed under this condition, the decoloring rate was 97.10%,the catalyst retention rate was 93.31%,which was close to the predicted value of model.
