摘要
采用双向拉伸法制备了聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔膜,研究了拉伸速率对微孔膜的微观形态、熔融-结晶行为、取向和透气性的影响。结果表明,通过双向拉伸法制备的具有典型"结点-微纤"结构的PTFE微孔膜,低温横向拉伸时,较高的拉伸速率更有利于微纤的拉伸,但拉伸速率对微孔膜的熔融-结晶行为和取向影响并不显著;随着拉伸速率的提高,微孔膜的透气性能有所提升。
Polytetrafluoroethylene(PTFE)microporous membrane was prepared by biaxial stretching method.The effects of stretching rate on the micro-morphology, melt-crystallization behavior, orientation and air permeability of the microporous membrane were studied.The results show that PTFE microporous membrane with typical"node-microfiber"structure is prepared by biaxial stretching method.When stretching transversely at low temperature, higher stretching rate is more beneficial to stretching microfibers, but the stretching rate has no significant effect on melting-crystallization behavior and orientation of PTFE microporous membrane.With the increase of stretching rate, the air permeability of microporous membrane is improved.
