吸盘式PVC防滑垫防滑性能研究

Study on Anti-slip Performance of PVC Anti-slip Mats with Suction Cups Structure

基于国际、国家、行业均未对塑料防滑垫防滑性能的测试方法及防滑等级进行有效规定的现状,采用动态倾斜平台法、静态倾斜平台法对30批次吸盘式聚氯乙烯(PVC)防滑垫进行了测试及防滑等级划分。结果表明,静态倾斜平台法是较为适当的方法,建议静态极限角大于6°。并结合水平拉伸法对吸盘的紧固作用进行了研究,所有样品的吸盘均起到了较好的紧固作用。

Dynamic ramp test and static ramp test were used to investigate and evaluate anti-slip property for 30 batches of polyvinyl chloride(PVC)anti-slip mats with suction cups structure, since there were not relevant authoritative standards available.The results show that static ramp test is appropriate between the above methods, and it is suggested that the static limit angle should be greater than 6°.The suction cups of all the samples show a preferable fastening effect by the investigation with horizontal traction method.
