低温装置用材料散水性能的研究

摘要 结合某低温装置的散水要求,运用自主研发的散水率测试仪对硬质泡沫材料、开孔泡沫材料、涂料等三种主要材料进行了散水率研究。结果表明,硬质泡沫材料通过包覆铝塑膜获得了低散水率,开孔泡沫材料散水率比硬质泡沫材料更低,环氧底漆与环氧清漆组成的涂料散水率可以满足技术要求。 Based on the technical requirements of low temperature device, the moisture volatilization rate of three main materials, including rigid foam material, open-hole foam material and coating were studied by using the self-developed device.The results show that the rigid foam material is coated with aluminum plastic film to obtain low water dissipation rate.The moisture volatilization rate of open-hole foams is lower than that of rigid foams, and the moisture volatilization rate of epoxy primer and epoxy varnish can meet the technical requirements.
