摘要
区块链技术是新时代科技革新的代表技术之一,它利用链式数据结构、去中心化的分布式、智能合约和开源可编程等特性及优势,加快推进智能制造的发展。早期的智能制造在诸多设计中沿用了集中式的数据系统,存在着“中心化”的诸多问题,区块链技术作为一项新的“分布式”数据系统技术,能够很好地解决“集中式”智能制造的这些问题。本文在阐述智能制造和区块链技术的理论基础、技术现状及应用问题后,从创新产品质量溯源管理、组建和管理工业物联网、加强生产制造过程的智能化管理、强化供应链运营管理和财务成本管理等方面提出区块链技术助力智能制造企业管理创新的路径,旨在促进区块链技术与智能制造有效融合。
Blockchain technology is one of the representative technologies of technological innovation in the new era.It uses the characteristics and advantages of linked data structure,decentralized distribution,intelligent contract and open source programming to accelerate the development of intelligent manufacturing.Intelligent manufacturing in the earlier stage used centralized data systems in many designs,and there were many problems of"centralization".As a new"distributed"data system technology,blockchain technology can well solve these problems of"centralized"intelligent manufacturing.After expounding the theoretical basis,technical status and application problems of intelligent manufacturing and blockchain technology,this paper puts forward the management innovation path of blockchain technology to help intelligent manufacturing enterprises from the aspects of innovating product quality traceability management,establishing and managing industrial Internet of things,strengthening intelligent management of production and manufacturing process,and strengthening supply chain operation management and financial cost management,as to promote the integration of blockchain technology and intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
