基于大学生对茶文化认知调查的思考

Investigation and Reflection on the Cognition of Tea Culture among College Students

研究采取网络问卷调查的方式,以高校学生为主要调查对象,围绕“大学生对茶文化的认知”主题,就茶文化的了解程度和途径、对云南民族茶文化的认知、饮茶的喜好程度及看法、茶文化的传承发展的看法4个方面展开调查。结果显示,大学生对茶文化的了解程度和喜好程度普遍不高,多数大学生对茶文化传承和发展前景不看好,仅有不到一半的大学生愿意学习和了解茶文化。基于调研结果对茶文化的传播提出建议,以在大学生群体中促进茶文化的发扬。

A network and electronic questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the college students.The un-derstanding degree and way of tea culture,the cognition of Yunnan national tea culture,preference and views on drinking tea and the views on the inheritance and development of tea culture around the theme of the cognition of tea culture were investigated among college students.The results indicate that there were problems such as low level of understanding and preference for tea culture,pessimistic about the inheritance and development prospect of tea culture,while there were only less than half of them showing initiative in tea culture learning.Then,it also put forward some suggestions on spreading tea culture aiming to carry forward measures to promote tea culture cognition among college students.
