四川黑茶产业发展现状及对策建议 被引量:3

摘要 四川黑茶历史悠久、产业效益显著、产品品类丰富,正处良好的发展机遇,但也存在生产组织化程度低、标准化程度不高、质量管理体系不完善、科技和财政投入不足、营销能力不强、缺乏大品牌支撑等不足。为做优做强四川黑茶产业,助力川茶高质量发展,提出加强四川黑茶组织管理、加强黑茶生产关键技术科技攻关、推广“芽茶+机采”生产模式、利用修剪枝叶加工黑茶饰品、实行“边、内、外”并举的全球营销战略、培育大企业大品牌等对策建议。 Sichuan dark tea has a long history,remarkable industrial benefits,rich product categories and good development opportunities,and it also exists some shortcomings,such as low level of production organization,low standardization,imperfect quality management system,insufficient technology and financial investment,weak marketing capabilities,and lack of famous brand support.In order to improving and strengthening the Sichuan dark tea industry,and promoting the high-quality development of tea refining and innovation of Sichuan province,this article suggests strengthening the organization and management of Sichuan dark tea,reinforcing key technologies for scientific and technological breakthroughs,promoting the"bud tea+machine harvesting"production model,and using pruning branches and leaves to processing dark tea accessories,implementing a global marketing strategy of"side,inside and outside"simultaneously,and cultivating famous companies and brands.
