摘要
为探明史料中所载曾在宜红茶区盛极一时的“白茶”的来龙去脉,以及“白茶”在解放后退出历史舞台的原因,对武陵山宜红茶区开展了田野调查。文章记录了发现于长阳土家族自治县的城五河白茶(竹沥茶)及其制作工艺,解开了困惑宜红茶文史研究多年的难题,为武陵山宜红茶区的相关研究提供了参考。
In order to find out the history of'Baicha',which was once popular in Yihong tea area,and the reason why'Baicha'withdrew from the historical stage,a field survey was carried out in Yihong tea area of Wuling Mountain.This paper recorded the'Chengwuhe Baicha'(Zhulicha)and its production technology found in Chengwuhe village,Changyang Tujia Autonomous County,solves the problem of puzzled research on the literature and history of Yihong tea for many years,and provided a reference for the relevant research of Yihong tea area in Wuling Mountain.
