结合测绘新技术,通过“天(无人机)、地(地面终端)、人(移动采集终端)”相结合的空间立体化国土综合治理监管模式,提高国土综合治理项目管理水平,达到转变管理职能、创新监管方式、提升管理效能的目标。

Combined with the new surveying and mapping technology,through the spatial three-dimensional land comprehensive management and supervision mode combining“sky(UAV),ground(ground terminal)and human(mobile acquisition terminal)”,this paper strengthens the level of land comprehensive management projects,and achieves the goal of transforming management functions,innovating supervision methods and improving management efficiency.
