基于GIS的教育资源数据管理系统设计与实现--以苏州市为例

Design and Implementation of Education Resource Data Management System Based on GIS:Take Suzhou as an Example

城市教育是社会公众基本的保障性资源,其空间布局的合理配置对于公众享受公平的教育资源具有重要意义,并体现了教育均衡发展的理念。地理信息系统(GIS)具有空间数据采集、管理和分析等重要功能,已经广泛应用于经济社会领域中的各个方面,在研究教育资源空间分布,促进教育事业蓬勃发展等方面具有强大优势。本文以苏州市教育资源、公共设施数据为研究对象,采用面向对象的系统设计方法,基于ArcEngine、ArcGIS及Visual Studio2012平台,开发了教育资源数据管理系统。实现了学校基本信息查询、地图展示、要素查询、周边查询等功能。系统对苏州市教育资源的合理配置与利用、直观显示教育资源能否发挥最大效益有一定作用。

Urban education is the basic guarantee resources of the public.The reasonable allocation of its spatial layout is of great significance for the public to enjoy the fair educational resources,and embodies the concept of balanced development of education.Geographic Information System(GIS)has important functions of spatial data collection,management and analysis.It has been widely used in all aspects of economic and social fields.It has strong advantages of studying the spatial distribution of educational resources and promoting the vigorous development of education.Based on ArcEngine,ArcGIS and Visual Studio2012,the data management system of education resources and public facilities in Suzhou is developed.The functions of basic information query,map display,element query and peripheral query are realized.The system plays a certain role in the reasonable allocation and utilization of Suzhou education resources,and in intuitively displaying whether the education resources can maximize its efficiency.
