摘要
围绕权籍数据质量导致的不动产登记业务开展及支撑存在不足,不动产登记业务“一网通办”“并联审批”等推进不完全,不动产业务信息数据使用及房产交易过程监管有待加强,业务系统使用灵活性、便捷性仍有待进一步提升等问题,通过分析研究东莞市不动产登记业务办理模式,为推进“互联网+不动产登记”“虚拟窗口”“一窗受理、并行办理”“不动产登记+民生服务”“不动产登记+金融服务”等工作提供重要依据[1]。
The development and support of the real estate registration business caused by the quality of the entitlement data is insufficient.The real estate registration business"one network"and"parallel approval"are not fully promoted.The real estate business information data usage and real estate transaction process supervision need to be strengthened,and the flexibility and convenience of business system have to be improved.In order to promote"Internet+real estate registration","virtual window","one-window acceptance,parallel processing",and"real estate registration+people′s livelihood services","real estate registration+financial services",this paper analyzes the real estate registration business process in Dongguan,provides important basis for similar work.
