石墨烯基电化学传感器检测盐酸洛美沙星 被引量:1

Determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride by electrochemical sensor based on graphene

摘要 利用滴涂法在玻碳电极表面修饰Nafion-石墨烯复合膜,制备电化学传感器,并利用差分脉冲溶出伏安技术间接测定盐酸洛美沙星的含量。对酸化的样品离子缔合物进行沉淀、离心分离,在支持电解质0.7 mol/L HSCN-KSCN中于-3.50 V下搅拌富集3 min,然后进行阳极极化扫描,可获得灵敏的阳极溶出峰,利用此法测定盐酸洛美沙星质量浓度线性范围为1.5×10^(-2)~5.5×10^(-2)mg/mL,检出限为6.16×10^(-2)μg/mL,相关系数为0.998,样品测定值的相对标准偏差为1.92%(n=11),加标回收率为96.00%~100.89%。该法可用于快速测定盐酸洛美沙星胶囊的含量。 An electrochemical sensor to determine lomefloxacin hydrochloride was prepared,which was constructed by nafion-graphene composite film with dropping coat on the surface of glassy carbon electrode.The differential pulse stripping voltammetry was employed indirectly to determine lomefloxacin hydrochloride.After precipitation and centrifugation to the acidified sample,the ionic complex of the sample could be determined.Under the best experimental conditions,a sensitive anodic stripping peak could be obtained by anodic polarization scanning after enrichment in 0.7 mol/L supporting electrolyte HSCN-KSCN at-3.50 V for 3 min.The linear range of lomefloxacin hydrochloride was 1.5×10^(-2)-5.5×10^(-2)mg/mLwith the corelation coefficient of 0.998.The limit of detection was 6.16×10^(-2)μg/mL,the relative standard deviation of determination results of sample was 1.92%(n=11),and the recovery was 96.00%-100.89%.This method was fast for the accurate determination of lomefloxacin hydrochloride.
