摘要
分析了绝对值编码器过零位时测量数值跳变以及安装于曲柄机构测量直线距离时曲柄初始角度需现场测量确定等问题,给出了过零位时测量数值跳变的解决方法、曲柄初始角度的现场测量方法以及直线距离的计算方法,该方法简单有效,已应用于多个热连轧现场。
The problems were analysised such as the measurement value jumps when the absolute encoder passes zero position and the initial angle of the crank needs to be measured when the absolute encoder is installed on the crank mechanism to measure the linear distance,etc. The solutions of these problems were introduced,the solutions were simple and effective,and had been applied to multiple hot continuous rolling lines.
