摘要
以我国2010-2019年34个省市的面板数据为基础,实证探索基础设施建设水平、关联产业发展水平与原始技术创新水平三类要素给我国高技术企业产业结构升级所带来的作用方向与影响程度。研究发现:基础设施建设水平、关联产业发展水平以及原始技术创新水平均对我国高技术企业产业结构的合理调整具有正向显著的影响。其中,原始技术创新水平对我国高技术企业产业结构升级的影响程度最大。因此,我国应重点优化高技术企业的原始技术创新产业布局、持续提升原始技术创新投入产出效率,实现以原始技术创新为先导的高技术企业技术创新与管理创新的协同升级。
Based on the panel data of 34 provinces and cities in China from 2010 to 2019,this paper empirically explores the direction and degree of influence of three factors,namely the level of infrastructure construction,the development level of related industries and the level of original technological innovation,on the upgrading of industrial structure of High-tech enterprises in China.The empirical results show that the level of infrastructure construction,the development level of related industries and the level of original technology innovation all have a positive and significant impact on the reasonable adjustment of industrial structure of high-tech enterprises in China.Among them,the level of original technological innovation has the greatest impact on the upgrading of industrial structure of high-tech enterprises in China.Therefore,China should focus on optimizing the original technological innovation industrial layout of high-tech enterprises,continuously improve the input-output efficiency of original technological innovation,and realize the coordinated upgrading of technological innovation and management innovation of high-tech enterprises led by original technological innovation.
