摘要
文章从失效模式和故障原因2个方面,对25 Hz相敏轨道电路系统进行深入分析,搭建了25 Hz轨道电路的故障预测与健康管理(PHM)体系结构;提出了数据采集、故障分区方案;凭借基于决策树的故障诊断模型,最终输出维修维护决策,其有助于提高25 Hz相敏轨道电路维修效率,降低维修维护成本,提高轨道电路的可靠性和可用性,为保障列车安全运行发挥积极作用。
This paper deeply analyzes the 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit system from two aspects of failure mode and failure cause,builds the architecture of Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) for 25 Hz track circuit fault;proposes data acquisition and fault partition scheme;with the fault diagnosis model based on decision tree,the maintenance decision is finally output,which helps to improve the maintenance efficiency of 25 Hz phase sensitive track circuit,reduce the maintenance cost,improve the reliability and availability of track circuit,and play a positive role in ensuring the safe operation of train.
