摘要
在盆栽条件下,对米槁幼苗分别接种不同接菌剂量的层状球囊霉(Glomus lamellosum)和幼套球囊霉(Glomus etunicatum)菌剂,观察模拟自然干旱胁迫后幼苗的生理反应.结果表明:40 g的层状球囊霉和幼套球囊霉接菌量显著增强了米槁幼苗的抗旱性.经过15 d的干旱处理,层状球囊霉和幼套球囊霉在米槁幼苗根部的定殖降低了MDA的积累,并增加了幼苗中的酶活性和渗透物质含量,提升了水分利用效率.该研究结果发现,接种AMF是提高米槁幼苗抗旱性的有效手段,可为西南干旱地区发展人工种植技术提供理论支撑.
Under pot conditions,the seedlings of Cinnamomum migao were inoculated with different doses of Glomus lamellosum and Glomus etunicatum,respectively,and the physiological responses of seedlings after simulated natural drought stress were observed.The results showed that the drought resistance of C.migao seedlings was significantly enhanced by the inoculation of 40 g of G.lamellosum and G.etunicatum.After 15 days of drought treatment,the colonization of G.lamellosum and G.etunicatum in the roots of C.migao seedlings decreased the accumulation of MDA,increased the enzyme activity and osmotic substance content in the seedlings,and improved the water use efficiency.The results of this study showed that inoculation with AMF was an effective means to improve the drought resistance of C.migao seedlings and could provide theoretical support for the development of artificial planting technology in arid areas of southwest China.
