镀锌板水性含氟树脂涂层的复合性能

摘要 应用无机和有机组分制得的镀锌板用复合钝化液,涂层综合性能仍差于铬酸盐,尤其是有耐高湿性和润滑复合性能较差的问题。为解决该问题,通过对2种试剂的对比分析,研制了一种以水性含氟树脂为封闭剂,水性丙烯酸树脂为主成膜物质,偏钒酸氨辅助成膜的钝化剂。SEM形貌、红外光谱和中性盐雾试验性能测试结果表明,形成的钝化膜均匀致密、水溶性好,具有较好的耐高湿与自润滑性能。 The comprehensive properties of the coating obtained by composite passivating solution made of inorganic and organic components for galvanized sheet is still worse than chromate,especially in high humidity resistance and lubricating composite performance.To solve this problem,with analyzing two agents,a passivating agent was developed with waterborne fluorinated resin as sealant,waterborne acrylic resin as the main film-forming material and partial vanadate ammonia as the auxiliary film-forming agent.SEM,infrared spectroscopy and neutral salt spray test of the coatings were carried out.Results showed that the formed passive film was uniformly dense,water-soluble and had high humidity resistance and self-lubrication performance.
