摘要 对精密金属元件的无损探伤检测工作过程中,会产生大量的荧光渗透液废水。这种荧光渗透液废水污染物浓度高、成分复杂、破乳难度大,属于可生化性差的高浓度难降解有机废水,而且会给生产企业带来环境保护方面的压力。介绍了荧光渗透液废水处理技术在国内外的应用情况,涉及物理、化学、物理化学、生物等处理方法;并根据工程应用情况,列举了氧化-混凝-生化处理、化学药剂破乳-高级氧化-生化处理以及膜过滤系统等常用的组合处理工艺,指出应用组合处理工艺可以大幅提高对荧光渗透液废水的处理效率,COD去除率可达96%以上,从而实现绿色生产。 During the process of non-destructive inspection of precision metal components,a large amount of fluorescent penetrant wastewater is generated.This kind of fluorescent penetrant wastewater has high concentration of pollutant,complex composition,and difficulty to demulsify.It belongs to high-concentration and refractory organic wastewater with poor biodegradability,and brings environmental protection pressure to production enterprises.The application status of fluorescent penetrant wastewater treatment technology at home and abroad was summarized,involving treatment methods such as physics,chemistry,physical chemistry,and biology.And according to the engineering application,the commonly used combined treatment processes such as oxidation-coagulation-biochemical treatment,chemical demulsification-advanced oxidation-biochemical treatment and membrane filtration system were listed.It was pointed out that the application of the combined treatment process could greatly improve the treatment efficiency of the fluorescent penetrant wastewater and the COD removal rate could reach over 96%,consequently realizing green production.
