通过搭建现场校准系统,对超低温保存箱的温场、开关门试验、断电保温试验进行检测,对其计量性能进行了一定的验证。从而解决低于-80℃超低温保存箱由于缺乏相应的校准规范,且相应的检测设备存在溯源困难等问题,使得低于-80℃超低温保存箱的计量性能得到有效的确认。

By setting up an on-site calibration system,the temperature field,on-off test and power-off insulation test of the cryogenic storage box are tested,and its metrological performance is verified to a certain extent.As a result,the cryogenic storage box below-80℃can be solved due to the lack of corresponding calibration specifications.And the corresponding testing equipment has some problems such as tracing to the source,so that the metering performance of the cryogenic storage box below-80℃can be effectively confirmed.
