庄礼兴教授导气同精针法新解

New Idea of Professor ZHUANG Lixing on Guiding-Qi Acupuncture Technique

庄礼兴教授根据《内经》、"东垣"针法、靳瑞教授"导气同精"针法、"精-气-血"的学术理论,并结合其临床经验,提出导气同精针法为"得气"手法而非补泻手法,导气同精针法可与补泻手法联合运用治疗虚实分明疾病。"气乱"可致"精乱"、"血乱","徐出徐入"之"徐"作和缓、均匀、针下有力之新解,"定志调神,徐入徐出,以意引气,定针导气"的导气同精新操作,用于治疗气机逆乱、阴阳失和,或虚实不明显的病症中,临床多获良效。

Professor ZHUANG Lixing has inherited the academic theory of Miraculous Pivot, Dongyuan needle method, JIN Rui’s acupuncture theory of guiding-Qi and "Qi, Blood and essence".Combining with his clinical experience, he puts forward his point of view that guiding-Qi acupuncture is a method of "getting Qi" rather than reinforcing and reducing.Guiding-Qqi acupuncture combines with reinforcing and reducing method can be used to treat diseases which has clear distinction between deficiency and excess.The technique of slow insertion and withdrawal of the needle emphasizes manipulating needle gentle, uniform and powerful.Disorder of Qi leads to disorder of blood and essence.The key to guiding-Qi acupuncture lies in "Determined to adjust the mind","Slow insertion and withdrawal of the needle" and "fixed needle to guide Qi".The method of guiding-Qi acupuncture is used to treat diseases caused by disorder of Qi, imbalance of Yin and Yang, or diseases where deficiency and excess are not obvious, and it has achieved good results in clinical application.
