血府逐瘀汤加减对冠心病心绞痛患者中医症候积分、血脂及血液流变学的影响

Effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on Traditional Chinese Medicine Symptom Score, Blood Lipid and Hemorheology for Patients with Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

目的:观察应用血府逐瘀汤治疗对冠心病心绞痛患者中医症候积分、血脂及血液流变学的影响。方法:回顾性分析与2017年5月~2019年5月我院收治的82例冠心病心绞痛患者的临床资料,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组(40例,常规西药治疗)和观察组(34例,血府逐淤汤治疗)。对比两组患者治疗后中医症候积分及治疗前后血脂、血液流变学变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后总有效率为87.50%,显著高于对照组患者治疗后总有效率69.05%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者HDL-C水平升高,TC、TG以及LDL-C水平较前均有降低(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TG、TC以及LDL-C水平低于对照组,但HDL-C水平高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组血液流变学指标(血浆粘度、全血粘度、纤维蛋白原、红细胞压积)均有明显改善(P<0.05),观察组改善程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:血府逐淤汤治疗中医症候疗效理想,可改善患者心绞痛症状、血液流变学及血脂水平,临床价值大。

Objective: To explore the effect of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction on TCM symptom score, blood lipid and hemorheology for patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Methods: The clinical data of 82 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to May 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into a controlled group(40 cases, conventional western medicine treatment) and an observation group(34 cases, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction) according to different treatments.The TCM symptom scores of patients after treatment and changes in blood lipids and hemorheology before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results: After treatment, the total effective rate of patients in the observation group was 87.50%,which was significantly higher than that in the controlled group(69.05%)(P<0.05).After treatment, the HDL-C level of patients in the two groups increased, and the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C decreased compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the controlled group, and the levels of HDL-C was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05).After treatment, the hemorheology indexes(plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, hematocrit) of the two groups significantly improved(P<0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction has an ideal curative effect in treating TCM symptoms.It can improve the symptoms of angina pectoris, hemorheology and blood lipid levels, and has great clinical value.
