清热燥湿法联合苯巴比妥治疗湿热内蕴汗症疗效观察

Curative Observation of Appying Heat-clearing and Wet-drying Method Combined with Phenobarbital in the Treatment of Damp-heat Endoretention Sweat Snydrome

目的:观察清热燥湿法联合苯巴比妥治疗湿热内蕴汗症患者的效果。方法:选择2018年7月1日~2019月11月30日我院门诊收治的汗症患者共94例为对象。对照组采用苯巴比妥治疗,观察组采用苯巴比妥联合清热燥湿法治疗。观察两组治疗前后白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-8(IL-8)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、一氧化氮(NO)水平与中医症状积分,并比较两组治疗有效率。结果:两组治疗后,IL-6、IL-8和中医临床症状积分均较治疗前下降,SOD和NO均较治疗前上升,且观察组治疗后IL-6、IL-8、中医临床症状积分低于对照组,SOD和NO高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在苯巴比妥基础上,采用清热燥湿法治疗湿热内蕴汗症患者,有助于更好地改善临床症状,减轻炎症反应,提高治疗有效率。

Objective: To study the effect of heat-clearing wet-drying method combined with phenobarbital for patients with damp-heat endoretention sweat snydrome.Methods: To review and analyze the clinical data of 160 patients with sweat syndrome treated in our hospital.According to the hyperhidrosis disease severity scale(HDSS),the patients were divided into a severe group(113 cases) and a non severe group(47 cases),according to the different syndrome types, the syndrome differentiation treatment was carried out.The basic data of the two groups of patients with sweat syndrome were observed;and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was observed.The changes of cytokines [interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),superoxide dismutase(SOD),nitric oxide(no)] in the two groups were observed.Results: Overweight and obesity in severe group were significantly higher than those in the non severe group, while those in the normal group and the underweight group were significantly lower than those in the non severe group(P<0.0).The total effective rate of the two groups was almost the same(P>0.05).At the same time point, IL-6 and IL-8 in the severe group were higher than those in the non-severe group, SOD and NO were lower than those in non-severe group(P>0.05).After treatment, IL-6 and IL-8 in two groups were lower, SOD and NO were higher(P>0.05),however, the difference of IL-6,IL-8,SOD and NO between the two groups was almost the same(P>0.05).Conclusion: It has good curative effect in treating damp-heat endoretention sweat snydrome patients with heat-clearing and wet-drying method combined with phenobarbital.
