三合汤治疗消化性溃疡疗效及炎症反应、新生血管形成情况分析

Efficacy of Using Sanhe Decoction in the Treatment of Peptic Ulcer and Analysis on the Inflammatory Reaction and Formation of Neovascularization

目的:研究三合汤辅助西医治疗消化性溃疡对患者热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)、白细胞介素-17(IL-17)的变化。方法:选取我院2017年2月~2020年3月收治的消化性溃疡患者90例,分为两组。对照组给予西医治疗,观察组给予三合汤辅助西医治疗。统计两组有效率,并比较两组各项相关因子的表达及溃疡面积、胃十二指肠黏膜损伤评分。结果:观察组的总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的80.00%,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组HSP70、VEGF、bFGF、炎症因子等进行组间比较发现,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,进行组间比较发现观察组HSP70、VEGF、bFGF水平高于对照组(P<0.05),NF-κB、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、IL-17、转化生长因子(TGF-β1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组溃疡面积、胃十二指肠黏膜损伤评分进行组间比较发现,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。进行组间比较发现,治疗后观察组溃疡面积及胃十二指肠黏膜评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:三合汤辅助西医治疗消化性溃疡可减轻炎症反应,促进新生血管的形成和溃疡愈合,提高疗效。

Objective: The effect of Sanhe Decoction on heat shock protein 70(HSP70),nuclear factor-kappa B(NF-kappa B) and interleukin-17(IL-17) in patients with peptic ulcer were studied.Methods: 90 patients with peptic ulcer in our hospital from February 2017 to March 2020 were selected and divided into two groups.The controlled group was treated with western medicine, and the observation group was treated with Sanhe Decoction.The effective rate of the two groups was analyzed, and the expression of the related factors and the scores of ulcer area and gastroduodenal mucosal injury were compared.Results: And the total effective rate in the observation group was 95.56%,which was higher than 80.00% in the controlled group, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups on HSP70,VEGF,bFGF,inflammatory factors before treatment(P>0.05).The HSP70,VEGF,bFGF level in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(P<0.05),and the levels of interleukin-6(IL-6),IL-17,transforming growth factor(TGF-β1) were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there was no significant difference between the two groups in ulcer area and gastroduodenal mucosal injury score(P>0.05).After treatment, the ulcer area and gastroduodenal mucosal score in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Using Sanhe Decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer can reduce inflammatory reaction, promote neovascularization and ulcer healing, and improve the curative effect.
