乌附晕痛酊联合“开四关”对椎动脉型颈椎病患者症状的临床疗效观察

Clinical observation of Wufu Yuntong tincture combined with “Kai Siguan” on symptoms of cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type

目的:观察乌附晕痛酊联合"开四关"对椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效。方法:将60名确诊为椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组予以口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片,治疗组予以乌附晕痛酊联合"开四关"治疗。治疗7天后,观察两组患者疗效、功能评分及随访复发情况。结果:治疗组在有效率、症状评分及复发率皆明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌附晕痛酊联合"开四关"治疗对椎动脉型颈椎病安全、有效,值得临床推广。

Objective: To observe the effects of Wufu Yuntong Tincture combined with unbind four acupoint therapy in patients with cervical spondylosis of vertebral artery type(CSA).Methods: 60 CSA patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Control group was treated with Betahistine mesilate tablets, and observation group was treated with Wufu Yuntong Tincture and unbind four acupoint.The clinical efficacy, functional score and recurrence of the two groups were compared between the two groups after 7 days of treatment.Results: The clinical efficacy, functional score and recurrence of the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Wufu Yuntong Tincture combined with unbind four acupoint therapy in patients with CSA is obviously improve clinical symptoms.
